Erica Shelton leads all marketing efforts for TAP. This includes Branding, Candidate Insights, Marketing ROI, SEO Analysis, and Digital Marketing. She advises partners on Business Development Strategy, with issues ranging from Digital Distribution Strategy to Disruptive Models, Restructuring, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Candidates and Clients benefit from her individual marketing expertise in screening, strategic placement, onboarding, and the lateral integration process. She composes move requisites, marketing & practice evaluations, and candidate narratives to subsequently develop bespoke recruitment strategies.
Ms. Shelton is an accomplished public speaker. She gave her first speech to a Toastmaster's club at the age of thirteen, joined the champion Green Valley Speech & Debate team her freshman year in high school, and became the University-Wide Public Speaking Champion at UNLV by her Junior year of college. She was the youngest Vice-President of Public Relations ever elected to the position at Henderson Toastmasters.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, reading and writing, as well as playing competitive tennis. A hospitality student at UNLV, Ms. Shelton was a member of Alpha Delta Pi, mentioned on the UNLV website for her success hosting a business fundraiser for the NCCS, and has a taste for old world wines. She plans on pursuing her MBA at Glion Institute in Switzerland.
